Shipment processing time

Di seguito sono riportati i termini e condizioni della nostra Politica di spedizione.*
Tempo di elaborazione della spedizione
Tutti gli ordini verranno elaborati entro 2-3 giorni lavorativi dal giorno dell’acquisto.
Gli ordini non saranno spediti e consegnati nei fine settimana e nei giorni festivi.
All orders will be processed within 2-3 working days from the day of purchase.
Orders will not be shipped and delivered on weekends and holidays.
Se il volume degli ordini è elevato, le spedizioni potrebbero subire ritardi di alcuni giorni. Si prega di consentire ulteriori giorni di transito per la consegna.
Se si verifica un ritardo significativo nella spedizione del tuo ordine, verrete contattati tramite e-mail o telefono.
Delivery rates and estimates
Shipping is free for order over 90 € (in Italy).
Shipping cost is 7 € (in Italy).
Shipping method
GLS Express 1-2 working days.
GLS/DHL Europe 5\8 days.
DHL International Standard 1 week.
Shipping confirmation and order tracking
Una volta che l’ordine è stato evaso, riceverete un’e-mail di conferma della spedizione contente il numero di tracciamento.
Il numero di tracciamento risulterà attivo entro 24 ore sul sito del corriere.
Once the order has been processed, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours on the courier’s website.
FEMARJO® is not responsible for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you have received the damaged order, please contact the courier and file a complaint.
Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
